Would  you be able to create a piece in a weekend? Could you replicate a wound  from source material? Completion of this course will further elaborate  on making your own silicone and pros-aide transfer prosthetics. From  creating an original sculpt to application, coloration, and more!

Topics we'll cover:

•     Sculpting surfaces

•     Learn how to make your own mold plate (you get to take yours home)

•     Cure inhibition

•     Learn about the different types of clay available

•     Create realistic wounds

•     Adding textures to your sculpt

•     Running a silicone prosthetic from your mold

•     Prosthetic application/coloring

•     Pros-aide transfers

Includes all Lab Fees, materials and sculpting tools! Please bring your own expendables.

Solvents and lab materials used. Sculpting tool  kit, mold plate with container, clay kit. Everyone is encouraged to  bring their own favorite sculpting tools. You know the ones!

Making your own mold plate

•     Mold plate and container (yours to take home!)

Sculpting a wound

•     Learn about undercuts

•     Skin textures

•     Methods to create realistic sculpts

Making the mold negative of your sculpt

•     Pour your own platinum silicone mold (that's yours to keep too!)

Day 2

Making a silicone prosthetic from your mold

•     Using cap plastic

•     Release materials

•     Cure inhibiton

•     Types of silicone

Applying a silicone prosthetic

•     How to apply

•     Adhesives and sealers

•     Tricks for prosthetic longevity

Coloring a silicone prosthetic

•     Learn the products to color your prosthetic (we ❤️ Luxe Skin FX!)

•     Tips and tricks for painting

Making a pros-aide transfer from your mold

•     How to make your own transfer material

•     Running a transfer

•     Application information
